Longest Post Ever to Follow...

Yeah, yeah it has been a while. Apparently, time flies when you are expecting a baby!! Either my creative writing skills have been on pause for the time being or I have been so busy that writing in my blog has been out of the question. I will go with the latter. Therefore, I feel you deserve the longest post ever!!! You can thank me later.
And at this point, I don't know where to start. I guess I will start with the most obvious. I am 38 weeks pregnant and yes I am still pregnant. I went to the doctor today and have made nearly no progress in 3 visits. I have been dilated to 1 and 25% effaced for 3 weeks now. My doctor is wanting to "strip my membranes" if nothing happens by next week. Yeah, you don't have to tell me, it sounds scary. But we are as ready as we can be. We have everything we need and then some (except for a baby). We are just waiting on God to let Presley know it is time to make her debut. Here are some pics of her room...complete with lady bugs.
Let's see next on the line up is Triston. He has had a plethera of things to tell about. We had a meeting with his baseball team last week and we are pretty pumped about this year. He is on the Tigers team this year. He also had a stomach bug last week which was no fun, however; I heard of others who had it worse than he did. It is just never fun to care for the sickly. He had a blast making his Valetine's Day box for school. His creative juices were flowing. I got a few quick shots of him...you can see the determination in his eyes.

This, well this is my other child who went out playing on his four wheeler and came home a muddy mess...

Lastly, today our pitiful four legged family member came home with a bloody ear. He had a couple of bites out of his ear and one on his head. He was very lethargic but was not too whiny. He is tough!! But protective Daddy had to go down the road to find the culprit. I am not sure how that turned out. But we got him cleaned up and are hoping for full recovery! Also, hoping to not have to take him to the vet as they will cost us a fortune! It was more difficult trying to get pictures of his ear as he would not sit still but I tried.

Please be sure and send us Triston's baseball schedule as soon as you have it. The baby's room looks precious. Not much longer now . . .
